Cancer Rehabilitation
What is our Cancer Rehabiliation Programme?
The Cancer Rehabilitation Programme is a structured exercise programme for anyone having or recovering from cancer and is delivered by Level 4 Specialist Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor, Steve Winnan.
Rehabilitation Sessions
By being physically active, you can reduce the risk of bowel and womb cancer. Keeping active could help to prevent thousands of cancer in the UK every year.

Pants and iFitness Cornwall have developed a comprehensive post-treatment rehabilitation programme specifically for anyone with pants area cancers including gynaecological, testicular and prostate.
Rehab Clinic
Gym-based daily exercise programme. Monday - Friday 845am - 245pm.
Yoga
Yoga for Cancer Sessions are held every Friday in Devoran with specialist instructor Josie Davis.
Coastal Walks
Join us for a wellbeing walk and cuppa social every month throughout Cornwall!
Benefits of the Programme
Evidence shows that actively improving your physical and mental health can help you recover more quickly from surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy and reduce the chance of further problems during and after your treatment, as well as many other benefits.
Am I eligble?
To join the programme a referral is required by your Cancer Nurse Specialist, GP, MacMillan or local Hospice. You can also self refer on to the programme if you meet the eligibility criteria.

Pants Cancers Charity provides 10 funded Personal Training or Yoga Sessions. Thereafter clients can benefit from attending any of the classes at a discounted rate.
