I began my fitness journey in kettlebell classes and quickly discovered a passion for training. After building my own confidence through personal training, I went on to qualify as a Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Kettlebell Instructor.
I love coaching a variety of training methods to help clients move better, build strength, and feel more confident in their bodies. Recognising the importance of recovery, I also became qualified in sports massage and soft tissue therapy — supporting people to perform at their best both inside and outside the gym.
