Hello, you are reading this as you are a current or past client on mine. I thought I'd start with a bit more information about me and why I choose a career in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainr.
Through school I couldn't sit still, I was an old school all rounder chosen sports were football, cricket and athletics. I went on to captain Cornwall at football.
From school I studied A level PE followed by BSc Sports Science at Cheltenham graduating in 2003. I then studied Personal Training and Sports Therapy in Cyprus in 2004 (photo below).
I then became sports centre manager of Uni of Exeter at the Cornwall campus. I set up I fitness in 2012.
