From September 2023, The Riverside Fitness & Rehabilitation Suite is available for Personal Trainers, Sports Clubs & Societies, Filming & Photography or any Events/Projects that would require a private gym setting to hire.

This unique facility provides an ideal environment for you to pursue your fitness and business aspirations. Our bright and modern studio is equipped with a wide range of gym facilities, including strength training equipment, cardiovascular conditioning machines, functional training spaces, and more. These comprehensive amenities create the perfect environment for conducting complete and effective personal training sessions.

Affiliate Personal Trainers

Are you a Personal Trainer looking for the perfect space to train your clients? Then, The Riverside Suite is the place for you! The exceptional facility offers you the perfect environment for your business to flourish. As an affiliate Personal Trainer you get a website profile, business card and a number of leads each month (Set up fee of £250 applies). Once set up you can choose from an affiliate package that best suits your business needs:

6 PT Sessions £60 (£10 per hour) - Introductory package for PT's who are just starting out
10 PT Sessions £90 (£9 per hour) - This package suits more flexible PT's, who utilise our gym space on a part time basis
20 PT Sessions £160 (£8 per hour) - This package suits PT's regularly delivering between 3-5 sessions a week

During PT there is a Maximum of 2 Personal Trainers present at any one time.

Sports Clubs & Societies

If you are a Sports Club or Society looking for a private facility to host your own training sessions, team meetings or anything else, the Studio can be hired exclusively for your group. Examples include Football , Hockey, Rowing, Cycling & any other Sport! Chose from a package below that best suits the needs of the group. There is a 10% discount for block bookings of 10 weeks or more:

1 - 2 hour Private Studio Hire £35 per hour
2 - 4 hour Private Studio £25 per hour

Filming and Photography

The Studio offers a range of packages tailored to suit your gym hire Filming and Photography needs. From Personal Trainers filming content for their clients and social platforms to Film and Photography Students undertaking project work.
