Here's a sneak peek into our Autumn Group and Personal Training Timetable:


  • HIIT: Kickstart your day with an energizing Circuit style session. (Tuesdays & Fridays 745am)

  • Women Only: Time to embrace a healthy lifetsyle and be inspired by like minded women. This class is just for you! (Tuesdays & Thursdays 630am)

  • Strength Training: Build muscle and tone your body with our strength training sessions. (Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm)

  • Senior Fitness: Learn to train with tailored exercises to imrpove cradio, balance and strength. (Daily 9am & 10am)

  • Personal Training: Customize your fitness journey with one-on-one sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals. (By Appointment)
