HNY 2023!

It's been a while since I posted to my members. 2022 was a busy year but having caught Covid twice I am very much looking forward to 2023.

Unfortunately my legs aren't getting any younger and to manage my energy levels I have decided to cap my PT session delivery to 20 per week. In addition to my PT and daytime Legends/Seniors sessions (timetable below) and to help with demand I am releasing a programme of gym based Circuit/HIIT sessions starting this Friday, 13th January @ 745am and thereafter Tuesday 615pm & Friday 745am). If you would like to attend please drop me a message. Its £10 a sessions (max 10) or £100 for 11 sessions.
