The Riverside Suite Fitness & Rehabilitation Suite is available for Personal Trainers, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Specialists, Sports Clubs & Societies, Filming & Photography, or any events/projects that require a private, professional studio setting.
This premium facility provides an ideal environment to deliver high-quality training or complete projects. Our bright and modern studio is equipped with a wide range of high-end gym equipment, cardiovascular machines, functional training spaces, and specialist Keiser equipment, perfect for professional personal training or rehabilitation sessions.

Affiliate Personal Trainers
Are you a freelance Personal Trainer looking for the perfect space to train your clients? The Riverside Suite is a premium PT-focused studio — distinct from a standard gym. You operate independently, bringing your own clients, and are responsible for up-to-date PT insurance and music licensing if you play music (TV background is permitted).
All PT hire fees are payable at the start of your booked block. You are a key holder during your hire period.
From April 2026, PT hire fees will increase by 5% to reflect ongoing investment in the studio.
PT hire packages (current → new pricing)

6 PT Sessions: £60 → £63 (£10 → £10.50 per hour)

10 PT Sessions: £90 → £95 (£9 → £9.45 per hour)

20 PT Sessions: £160 → £168 (£8 → £8.40 per hour)

Individual sessions: £12 per hour (unchanged)
During PT hire, a maximum of 2 Personal Trainers may be present at the same time.
Booking: All requests must specify whether the session is PT hire or exclusive studio hire
Sports Clubs & Societies
If you are a Sports Club or Society, the studio can be hired exclusively for your group, for training, meetings, or projects. Examples include Football, Hockey, Rowing, Cycling, and other sports.
Exclusive studio hire rates:

Under 2 hours: £30 per hour

Over 2 hours: £25 per hour

Maximum of 6 users per group
A 10% discount applies to block bookings of 10 weeks or more.
Filming and Photography
The studio offers packages tailored for filming and photography, from personal trainers or physiotherapists filming content for clients or social platforms to students undertaking projects. Please complete the enquiries form here with your specific requirements for further information.
