If you are looking for a group environment to train in, I have a number of options to choose from. iGYM is a daily exercise programme held from The Riverside Suite, Monday - Friday anytime between 930am and 12 noon. These sessions are most suitable for fitness beginners specialising in weight loss, cancer rehabilitation, confidence building, reducing blood pressure, postural correction, senior fitness and reducing pack pain as well as gains in muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness and improved flexibility.
If you are looking for something a little bit more high intensity iFIT is a new gym based group fitness programme held Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 630-730pm. iFIT is a circuit based gym programme that pushes you to your limits.
