Hi, I'm Immy and my aim is to encourage you to become a healthier and happier version of yourself, through finding confidence and balance in all aspects of your life but most importantly through mindfulness and movement.
I am a qualified personal trainer and yoga instructor and love to share my passion by encouraging people to make positive lifestyle changes, incorporating daily exercise and movement and being mindful with their choices.
With my tailored guidance, your perseverance and drive, I can help you achieve whatever you set your mind to. I am offering 1:1 and 1:2 personal training and yoga sessions at The Riverside Suite. Please email for rates and availability.
Hi, I'm Kay and since my degree in Health and Fitness I have been successfully motivating and training clients over the past 10years, helping them to reach their goals.
I strongly believe in prevention and exercise is the most under utilised tool in helping alleviate mental as well as physical illnesses that we encounter through life.
However, due to hectic and busy lifestyles we often become guilty of neglecting our own self care and there's no time too late to start reversing that effect.
Life is about finding your balance and a happy body, can help lead to a healthy mind and spirit and I hope to help people find that through their training.
I am avilable for Personal Training from The Riverside Suite Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6am and others on request.
Hey, I'm Eleni! I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and I am so enthusiastic about keeping fit and healthy, which is what motivates me to help clients achieve their fitness goals. I take group sessions, instruct classes and can offer one to one Personal Training from The Riverside Suite, or clients homes.
